A recent study published in Canadian Journal of Diabetes, highlighted the patient perspectives on primary care diabetes support program. The study aimed to determine the impact of PCDSP on diabetes patients.
A total of 17 patients were recruited and interviewed regarding their experience with PCDSP. The patient's approach to PCDSP examination was determined. Using an inductive thematic analysis approach, the code interview has been transcribed.
8 attributes were identified, which include integration of new technologies, individualized care, whole-person care, reassurance, high accessibility, coordinated care, and education.
Tailoring of accessible, individualized, coordinated care and room was done by researchers.
